A: Generally, we pack our goods in cartons or wooden box.

A: Paypal,TT,Western union,a trade assurance,L/C .

Q3. What is your terms of delivery?How do you deliver your goods to me?How long will it take?
A: FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU,DAP.We have various ways of shipment for customers to choose, DHL, TNT, UPS, Air freight, Ocean freight. If not have the special requirements, the weight of products less than 50kgs will be arranged by DHL (3-5 days arrive), the weight of products more than 50 kgs will be arranged by Ocean freight (around 30 days arrive). But pls note that this is just the time of transportation, the producing time of products will be varied from 10days to 45 days based on the quantity of order, the level of busyness in production line.

Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 5-7days for samples and 15-20days for mass production order after receiving your advance payment or deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the product of your order.

Q5. What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply the sample, the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.

Q6. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery

All of our EV charging products posses with CE certifications, 24 months warranty for ev charger.

Q9. Can we require you to print our logo on your products?
We support OEM production, but the order quantity must be more than 25pcs.

Q10. How is your product quality? In case of problem occurs, what should I do?
Firstly, we sell our products for several years, we have the professional engineer team in this field. Moreover, our products have to pass strict inspections and repeated tests before they go out, rate of fine variety is 99.98%. If it is the quality which lead to the failure in use, we will provide the new one to replace for free.
